A copy of the Notice of Public Rights for the 2025-2026 accounts has been displayed on the Parish Council Noticeboard and on the website (under Finance & Audits > Accounts > 2025-2026 > Unaudited Accounts) since 11 June 2024.

Notice of Casual Vacancy
The Council woudl like to thank Wendy Woodford for her years of service on Longworth Parish Council.
Wendy’s resignation leaves a vacancy on the Council. Please find the notice here.
Christmas Tree Collection 2024
There will be a Christmas tree collection point on the left hand side of the Village Hall car park. Please do not block access to the Little Library.
The last day for collection will be 14 January 2025. Any tress over 6 foot will need to be cut down in size.
Primary school place applications
If your child was born between 1.09.2020 and 31.08.2021 you will need to apply for a school place to start in September 2024.
Applications can be made from 4 November 2024 and must be received by no later than 15 January 2025.
